When you register for an MLSA Egypt event, we collect:

- Academic & Professional Profile: Education Level (Graduate, Undergraduate, High School), University/School, Major, and Company name (for working professionals).
- Verification Credentials: University Student ID (for host campus students) or National ID (for campus security and certificate issuance).
- Event Logistics: Preferred attendance mode (Online/Offline) and technical requirements (e.g. laptop availability for hands-on labs).

- Issuing digital attendance badges, QR check-in passes, and verified certificates.

Partnership & Career Recruitment Access
In line with standard industry practices for student hackathons and tech events, official event partners (such as Gold and Platinum sponsors) may receive attendee talent profiles for the purpose of internship recruitment, job opportunities, tech training tracks, and scholarship offerings. We strictly prohibit any unauthorized commercial spam or third-party ad network reselling.
By participating in MLSA Egypt in-person or online events, workshops, hackathons, and conferences, attendees consent to being photographed and recorded on video during event sessions and activities.
These media captures may be used for community highlights, educational recap videos, milestone celebrations, and promotional content across official MLSA Egypt social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X) and partner channels.
Your data is stored securely with encrypted database connections and access controls restricted to authorized event organizers and verified community administrators.
